My late professor of Law of Obligations at university, Petko Popov, used to say - "Colleagues, we must never forget that even the worst settlement is better than the best court decision".

I always remember these words of his and never stop repeating them to my clients in my practice. I truly believe that, in the name of mutual interest, mediation is essentially necessary, and its promotion can only benefit society and, in particular, personal and business relationships.
